1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "wildbet," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the wildbet platform and its operating entity, accessible at wildbet.club.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wildbet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the wildbet platform.
• "Platform" means the wildbet website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services available at wildbet.club.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's wildbet Account, whether deposited or awarded as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by wildbet before processing withdrawals or at any time wildbet deems necessary.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the wildbet platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. wildbet strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The wildbet platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using wildbet is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the wildbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. wildbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

2.5 KYC Verification. wildbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wildbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. wildbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your wildbet Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify wildbet support immediately via live chat. wildbet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. wildbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any deduction.

3.4 Account Currency. All transactions on the wildbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. wildbet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods. wildbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the Cashier page. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by wildbet within the timeframes specified on the Cashier page. GCash withdrawals typically process within sixty (60) minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. wildbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. For anti-money laundering compliance, wildbet may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. wildbet reserves the right to apply this policy at its discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by wildbet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. wildbet reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. wildbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the wildbet platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail with respect to Account management, payments, and conduct.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, wildbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Account. wildbet will not be liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. wildbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed in error, where odds were published incorrectly, or where wildbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

6.4 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the wildbet sportsbook, including rules governing match abandonment, postponement, void markets, and in-play betting. These rules are published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the wildbet platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing Account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a suspension or ban.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or security measure employed by wildbet.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that wildbet reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful to other players or wildbet staff.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the wildbet platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of wildbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. wildbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wildbet content.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not use the wildbet name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without the prior written consent of wildbet. Unauthorized use of wildbet intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. wildbet endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond wildbet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. wildbet will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wildbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Maximum Liability. wildbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wildbet Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Third-Party Services. The wildbet platform may integrate third-party payment processors, game providers, and other service providers. wildbet is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of any third-party service provider.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. wildbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

10.2 Player Tools. wildbet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the wildbet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

10.3 Age Verification. wildbet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the verified payment method on file.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by Player. You may close your wildbet Account at any time by contacting wildbet support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided all KYC and wagering requirements have been satisfied.

11.2 Termination by wildbet. wildbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where wildbet has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your license to use the wildbet platform is immediately revoked. Any Bonus Funds or promotional credits in your Account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wildbet's anti-money laundering review.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the wildbet platform, you agree to first contact wildbet support to seek an informal resolution. wildbet will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the wildbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and wildbet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
